Todd comes to Monge & Associates with experience from two other prestigious law firms – one local in Atlanta and one in Richmond, Virginia. He brings expertise in personal injury litigation to Monge & Associates Accident Attorneys of Atlanta, with more than 30 cases taken to a court verdict and 15 with jury trials – which means he has the willingness and the ability to see your case through to trial if necessary.

Todd has honed his skills as a litigator and sharpened his focus on the courtroom phase of a case with actual courtroom experience, taking cases to trial and filing motions, and as a three time attendee of the Virginia College of Trial Advocacy, an intense workshop designed to refine trial skills. He is particularly enjoys having access to the resources necessary to file a claim that he has with Monge & Associates Accident Attorneys of Atlanta. Handling personal injury cases is of special interest to him, as he sees his role as an advocate for his clients. “I like to have the time and ability to take more interest in the individual client, to ensure that his or her needs are being met, and that anything and everything is being done to help them, including taking the case to court. Our job is to make sure their case is resolved so they can focus on their health.” Todd’s attention to detail and strong work ethic, combined with his advocate mind-set, make him a strong addition to the firm.

Todd is married and he has his wife are expecting their first child. They live in the Atlanta area, and Todd enjoys running in his free time.
