T. Rashon Williams-Banks
Rashon handles many functions providing support and follow-up between the attorneys and clients, insurance agencies and medical providers. Her duties range from Case Manager to Legal Assistant as she assists several of the Attorneys in the office.

Rashon has been working in administrative support for 16 years, along with a 17 year career in photography. Prior to joining Monge & Associates she worked with a non-profit group here in Atlanta that provides educational and support programs in areas critical to the community such as family violence, divorce, adoption and other family matters.
"Communication, Commitment & Caring are the things that each client will experience with our firm, I try to represent our team philosophy with the first phone call. It is my goal to be as positive and helpful as possible. Being a resource for clients with the little things lets me help their case move forward as quickly as possible."
When not working she enjoys photography, jazz music, reading, traveling and donating here time to various Not for Profit organizations.
