Education: She is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelors degree in Interpersonal Communications with a focus in sales.
After 3 months as an intake specialist she was promoted to Legal Assistant where she continues her passion for providing clients with the best service possible, through listening and making pertinent suggestions for clients to build a strong Social Security case. Her extensive experience in the call center and sales industries make her a great asset to our firm’s disability unit. She has a strong track record in supporting call center functionality and the quality of new cases by making sure everyone is up to par on the credentials of a great case.
In her free time she likes quality time with her family and friends, shopping, and gaining new experiences.
