Native of Georgia. With over 20 years in the customer service field, she loves meeting and talking to new people. Alice discovered early on that she likes helping people and finds interesting things in almost everyone. As an Intake/Customer Service Specialist she gets to do these things every day. She gets to listen to clients and try to solve their problems. She speaks to a variety of people on a daily basis. In her free time she likes to spend time with her son, reading, playing trivia and she is an avid sports fan.
