Team Profiles

LaShanda joined the firm in August of 2008 as a Case Manager.

Prior to joining Monge & Associates Accident Attorneys of Atlanta, LaShanda spent more than a year as a case manager for another large firm in Atlanta, and before that she worked for eight years as an adjuster at a nationwide insurance agency – so she brings extensive knowledge about the insurance industry to her position. That experience has given her a solid understanding of the needs of her clients.

As a case manager, LaShanda is a solid, caring liaison between the client and the attorney, or the client and the insurance agency or medical treatment providers, stepping in to provide communication or solutions as necessary. “Most of our clients just need someone to talk to, someone who will really listen to them, and that’s what I like to do, really listen.”

When she’s not at work, LaShanda enjoys spending time with family and friends, helping with her son’s baseball and soccer teams, doing volunteer work for Hands on Atlanta and March of Dines. LaShanda attended the University of West Georgia.
